Empowering Your Health Journey with
Regenerative MedicineWelcome to a future without pain
A NATURAL WAY TO HEAL TENDONS, LIGAMENTS & JOINTS
Imagine getting out of bed pain-free and ready to begin a new day.
Imagine going up and down stairs with ease.
Imagine saying yes to a walk with a friend without needing medication.
It’s possible.
Our bodies were designed to heal. We are designed to be well without endless medications.
We have special cells and blood components in our bodies that heal our injuries. Full Circle Natural Medical Clinic in Missoula MT is passionate about helping those who suffer from chronic, painful musculoskeletal conditions. We put your own healing abilities to work, helping you avoid surgery and heal naturally. Welcome to regenerative medicine.
IS REGENERATIVE MEDICINE RIGHT FOR ME?
I can’t say enough about the improvement of my knee, hip, and quality of life after receiving prolotherapy. I am getting back to the activities I enjoy with regained strength and freedom from fear of a re-injury. My husband calls me a prolovangelist! Dr. Amy is very gentle and it is important to her that the procedures are as pain free as possible.
Our goal is to help those suffering from chronic and painful musculoskeletal conditions without surgery.
Decades of clinical experience have revealed that many patients struggle with painful musculoskeletal conditions that may not warrant surgery. Pain medications are not a long-term solution. The emergence of biological therapies using placental and umbilical cells has made it possible to diminish pain, restore function, and avoid surgery using the natural healing capabilities of human cells.
Meet Dr. Amy Leonard-Haynes

She is centered on treating the whole person, body, mind, emotion and spirit in alignment with Naturopathic Principles and philosophy.
Regenerative Medicine
We believe that Regenerative Medicine is the future of medicine. By working with natural processes, regenerative medicine restores tissues damaged by injury, age and disease. Medications including opioids, and surgery are no longer the only choices for restoring health and function. Regenerative Medicine is an exciting new field of therapy that specializes in rejuvenating body function and tissues and can treat the following and more:
Osteoarthritis
Athletic injuries
Joint pain
Back and Neck Pain
Facial Rejuvenation
Urinary Incontinence
Long Covid
Sexual dysfunction in men and women

Prolotherapy
Proliferative Therapy
Commonly called PROLOTHERAPY
Proliferative therapy stimulates a natural process that speeds up healing and allows your body to strengthen tendons, ligaments and joints. It can reduce and even eliminate pain in the areas of the back and neck, sports injuries, chronic tendonitis, and even old chronic injuries to knees, hips, elbows, wrists, shoulders, hands and feet.
Facial Rejuvenation
Facial Rejuvenation
Platelet Rich Plasma Facials
Platelet Rich Plasma, or PRP, is a natural healing agent derived from your own blood. It contains a multitude of growth factors, cell adhesion molecules, and cytokines that work together to initiate your body’s natural healing mechanisms. These agents act to increase the extracellular matrix, collagen growth and dermal fibroblasts. Through a simple blood draw, your provider will obtain the blood needed for your procedure. The blood is then centrifuged, using advanced extraction technology, to separate the platelet rich plasma, which will be injected back into your dermis using micro-thin needles.
Second Generation Stem Cell Therapy (Stem Cell Allografts)
The most advanced facial available today. Using advanced technology, cells harvested from the afterbirth of a birthed baby, are incubated on a special medium. The healing components of the stem cells are used in regenerating clear healthy skin.
Prolozone (ozone)
Prolozone (ozone)
Prolozone is a type of proliferative therapy which uses a combination of vitamins and oxygen to encourage self-healing. Damaged cells absorb the singlet Oxygen, O1, to up-regulate cellular healing and stimulate the growth of new, healthy tissue.
Platelet Rich Plasma
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP is another form of prolotherapy. PRP utilizes a person’s own blood to stimulate the body to repair ligament and tendon fibers, as well as bones and muscles. Healing components, extracted from the blood, are injected into an area of injury (joints, ligaments and tendons). Once injected the solution stimulates the body to initiate its own healing process. It has been hailed in many publications as a remarkably effective healing process that words where other healing techniques fall short. It is frequently used in sports injuries.
Peptide Therapy
Peptides
A naturally occuring short chain amino acids the body makes to communicate from cell to cell and within each cell. Peptides restore cellular efficiency, metabolic flexibility and cleans up the interior of the cell by optimizing mitochondrial function. Peptides also moderate appropriate inflammation and are used in immune system regulation, and healing.
Stem Cells
Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cells are a type of cell capable of becoming either another stem cell or any other type of tissue; think skin cell, muscle cells, bone, nerve, tendon, and more. Though stem cells are found in many different areas of the body, most stem cells used in stem cell therapy are harvested from cord blood at the time of birth (upon approval of the person giving birth. Although the FDA hasn’t approved the use of Stem Cell therapy yet, Allografts and umbilical products are the current alternative for clinical use.
Allografts
Allograft Therapies
Using advanced technology, stem cells harvested from the afterbirth of a healthy, birthed baby, are incubated on a special medium. The cytokines, growth factors, and other healing components are extracted, leaving behind the DNA and the cell membranes. The mothers who donate their placentas and umbilical cords are heavily screened for all risk factors associated with blood transfusions and organ transplants.
The allograft solution may contain exosomes (extracellular vesicles or nanoparticles) derived from mesenchymal stem cells of the umbilical cord tissue, hyaluronic acid, hyaluronan, elastin, collagen, growth factors, cytokines and peptides.
Diet
Diet
Diet is a foundational tool for reducing inflammation and living a pain-free life.
While regenerative medicine shows promise in the rapidly growing body of scientific data, It has yet to be proven effective and it is NOT FDA-approved. All procedures are entirely elective.
FEATURED THERAPY
Stem Cell Therapy
Harness the power of regenerative medicine to repair and rejuvenate damaged tissues, offering new hope for healing and recovery.

What are Stem Cells?
Stem cells are a type of cell found in every mammal including humans. Like other cells, stem cells are capable of dividing and becoming new cells, but they differ in that the new cells created when the stem cell divide, have the ability to become either new stem cells or any other cell—think blood cells, skin cells, muscle cells, bone cells, nerve cells, and more.
Though stem cells are found in many different areas of the body, most stem cells used in stem cell therapy are harvested from cord blood (non autologous) at the time of birth (upon the approval of the person giving birth).

What are Allografts and Second Generation Stem Cells?
Second Generation (Stem Cell Therapy) is the most advanced reconstructive therapy used today. Using advanced technology, cells harvested from the afterbirth of a healthy, birthed baby, are incubated on a special medium. The cytokines, growth factors, and other healing components are extracted, leaving behind the DNA and the cell membranes. The mothers who donate their placentas and umbilical cords are heavily screened for all risk factors associated with blood transfusions and organ transplants.
The umbilical products we use contain both structural and cellular components. Which may contain exosomes (extracellular vesicles or nanoparticles) derived from mesenchymal stem cells of the umbilical cord tissue, hyaluronic acid, hyaluronan, elastin, collagen, growth factors, cytokines and peptides.
